For people living with HIV, people at risk seeking PrEP, recent exposures needing PEP, or anyone wanting routine testing. Most testing is free, confidential, and rapid (20 min for results) at community-based organizations. ADAP programs cover ART for uninsured/underinsured people in every state; income limits typically 400% FPL or higher. All services free of charge to LGBTQ+ Arkansas residents and allies.
