PrEP starts after a negative HIV test and HIV-prevention counseling; pill or injectable options exist. PrEP is now available as a long-acting injection (Apretude) every two months — useful if daily pills don't fit your life. Open at no cost to LGBTQ+ Arkansas residents and the people supporting them.
