First Black HIV/AIDS think tank — research, advocacy, and education for Black communities. For people living with HIV, people at risk seeking PrEP, recent exposures needing PEP, or anyone wanting routine testing. PEP must start within 72 hours of exposure — ER doctors can prescribe it; 24/7 hotlines exist for navigating off-hours. HIV is now a manageable chronic condition with near-normal life expectancy on consistent treatment. All services free of charge to LGBTQ+ West Virginia residents and allies.
