Community-led funding for grassroots trans justice groups led by trans people. For trans, nonbinary, and gender-expansive people of any age, plus their families and allies. Many telehealth platforms (Plume, FOLX, QueerDoc) provide hormone care nationwide — useful in restrictive states. Driver's license gender markers can be changed in most states with a single self-attestation form, no court order needed. All services free of charge to LGBTQ+ Vermont residents and allies.
