Mental health resources for the Black community including LGBTQ+ people, founded by Taraji P. Henson. Useful for trans, nonbinary, and questioning callers who need to be heard without explaining what their pronouns mean. Most calls last 15–45 minutes and the counselor stays on until you feel steadier. Counselors aren't mandated reporters for LGBTQ+ identity itself; they only report imminent danger to self or others.
