Most testing is free, confidential, and rapid (20 min for results) at community-based organizations. ADAP programs cover ART for uninsured/underinsured people in every state; income limits typically 400% FPL or higher. Open at no cost to LGBTQ+ South Dakota residents and the people supporting them.
