Resources and community for those who have lived with HIV long-term. For people living with HIV, people at risk seeking PrEP, recent exposures needing PEP, or anyone wanting routine testing. PEP must start within 72 hours of exposure — ER doctors can prescribe it; 24/7 hotlines exist for navigating off-hours. Undetectable = Untransmittable (U=U): people with HIV on effective treatment cannot sexually transmit the virus. Free service; donations support but never gate access.
