Boston-based program of Fenway Health expanded nationally to support LGBTQ+ older adults and providers. Many LGBTQ+ elders went back into the closet when they entered nursing homes; SAGE-trained facilities are growing but still rare. Open at no cost to LGBTQ+ South Carolina residents and the people supporting them.
