Caregiver support is built into most LGBTQ+ elder programs — partner-led care is acknowledged and supported. Medicare and Medicaid cover gender-affirming care for elders in most states — including for people just starting transition late in life. Free, confidential, and open to anyone in the LGBTQ+ community.
