Most LGBTQ+ community health centers operate on sliding-scale; many accept Medicaid and Medicare. Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) cannot discriminate and serve patients regardless of ability to pay. Free, confidential, and open to anyone in the LGBTQ+ community.
