Undetectable = Untransmittable — global campaign to end HIV stigma. Useful for gay and bi men, trans women, sex workers, people who inject drugs, and anyone in a serodifferent relationship. Most testing is free, confidential, and rapid (20 min for results) at community-based organizations. PrEP is now available as a long-acting injection (Apretude) every two months — useful if daily pills don't fit your life. No cost — the program is grant-funded and confidentiality-protected.
