National advocacy coalition working on behalf of diverse elders including LGBTQ+ older adults. Useful for elders whose biological family is estranged and who need chosen-family-aware support systems. Caregiver support is built into most LGBTQ+ elder programs — partner-led care is acknowledged and supported. Many LGBTQ+ elders went back into the closet when they entered nursing homes; SAGE-trained facilities are growing but still rare. Free, confidential, and open to anyone in the LGBTQ+ community.
