Community-led funding for grassroots trans justice groups led by trans people. For trans, nonbinary, and gender-expansive people of any age, plus their families and allies. Many telehealth platforms (Plume, FOLX, QueerDoc) provide hormone care nationwide — useful in restrictive states. Federal passport gender X marker has been available since 2022 — application is the standard DS-11. Free service; donations support but never gate access.
