Boston-based program of Fenway Health expanded nationally to support LGBTQ+ older adults and providers. For LGBTQ+ adults 50+ navigating aging, retirement, healthcare, housing, or end-of-life planning. SAGE's National LGBTQ+ Elder Hotline (1-877-360-5428) staffs trained peer counselors weekdays. Estate planning is critical: without wills + medical proxies, hostile family can override partners and chosen family. No cost — the program is grant-funded and confidentiality-protected.
