For people living with HIV, people at risk seeking PrEP, recent exposures needing PEP, or anyone wanting routine testing. Medication coverage programs (ADAP in every state) cover ART when insurance can't or won't. Undetectable = Untransmittable (U=U): people with HIV on effective treatment cannot sexually transmit the virus. Free service; donations support but never gate access.
