For trans, nonbinary, and gender-expansive people of any age, plus their families and allies. Many telehealth platforms (Plume, FOLX, QueerDoc) provide hormone care nationwide — useful in restrictive states. Informed-consent models are now widely accepted by WPATH; you don't need a therapist's letter at most clinics. No cost — the program is grant-funded and confidentiality-protected.
