PEP must start within 72 hours of exposure — ER doctors can prescribe it; 24/7 hotlines exist for navigating off-hours. Undetectable = Untransmittable (U=U): people with HIV on effective treatment cannot sexually transmit the virus. All services free of charge to LGBTQ+ Georgia residents and allies.
