TWOCC — leadership development and mobilization for trans women of color. Useful for people early in their transition needing connection, info, and affirming providers. Trans-led organizations are often the best referral source for affirming providers; lived experience changes the recommendation. Federal passport gender X marker has been available since 2022 — application is the standard DS-11. No cost — the program is grant-funded and confidentiality-protected.
