Boston-based program of Fenway Health expanded nationally to support LGBTQ+ older adults and providers. For LGBTQ+ adults 50+ navigating aging, retirement, healthcare, housing, or end-of-life planning. SAGE's National LGBTQ+ Elder Hotline (1-877-360-5428) staffs trained peer counselors weekdays. Medicare and Medicaid cover gender-affirming care for elders in most states — including for people just starting transition late in life. All services free of charge to LGBTQ+ Arkansas residents and allies.
