National organization working to end AIDS through grantmaking, capacity building, and policy advocacy. For people living with HIV, people at risk seeking PrEP, recent exposures needing PEP, or anyone wanting routine testing. Most testing is free, confidential, and rapid (20 min for results) at community-based organizations. Undetectable = Untransmittable (U=U): people with HIV on effective treatment cannot sexually transmit the virus. All services free of charge to LGBTQ+ Alaska residents and allies.
