NRCDV resources including LGBTQ+ survivor needs and culturally specific support. Useful for survivors whose abuser uses outing, dead-naming, or family-rejection threats as control tactics. Safety planning happens in 30–60 min sessions and is tailored to the relationship and threats you're facing. Same-sex IPV often gets mis-categorized as 'mutual combat' by police unfamiliar with abuse dynamics; LGBTQ+-trained responders fix this. All services free of charge to LGBTQ+ Alabama residents and allies.
